2004 TCFA Benefactor of the Year
The Lewis Hall and Mildred Sasser Singletary
Foundation was named 2004 Benefactor of the Year. Southwest Georgia
President Dr. Freida Hill (right) presented the award to Julia
Singletary, president of the Singletary Foundation.
Dr. Hill said "a
major gift from this donor allows creation of a virtual hospital
for nursing students. Together, Singletary Foundation and
Southwest Georgia Technical College are helping to cure the
nursing shortage."
